We can provide full investment accounting books (with required information) and record financials to the client’s preference (cash, accrual, modified) accordingly with GAAP. We can provide the client’s CPA with all the necessary documents to complete annual tax filings.

Purchasing & Selling
If purchasing or selling your property, we work with you, the escrow officer and all approved parties to retrieve or provide:
- Verified Proper Expense and Revenue Prorations
- Will Account for Post Escrow Closing Prorations and Reimbursements
- Closing Date CAM Reconciliations
- Property Files and Available Building Information
- Vendor Files with Service Contracts, Certificates of Insurance and Contact Information
- Tenant Files with Lease Agreements, Certificates of Insurance and Contact Information
- Requested Historical Accounting
Association accounting includes the above, as applicable, along with tracking and budgeting reserve accounts and quarterly financial reports according to the requirements of your CC&Rs and governing documents.
